Actively participate during the 30-day cohort

Provide feedback regarding Strata resources and briefings

Complete a brief evaluation at the conclusion of the cohort

Time Commitment

Selected participants should plan to:

Review one written Executive Policy Update delivered electronically.

Attend one 45-minute live (virtual) Executive Advisory Briefing.

Review and apply one Executive Application Resource. Application time will vary based on each participant’s organizational needs.

Complete a brief evaluation at the conclusion of the cohort (Approximately

20-25 minutes)

Optional executive support includes:

One 20-minute Cohort Onboarding Session (virtual) to discuss organizational priorities and current challenges.

One 30-minute Executive Application Call (virtual meeting) to address questions related to the Strata briefing and Executive Application Resource.

The Strata Executive Response System™ was developed by ImpacTech Systems, LLC™ under the leadership of its Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Innovation Officer, Krystel Reid Heath, MSW. Strata draws on more than 20 years of executive, policy, governmental relations, political, and organizational leadership experience across nonprofit, civic, governmental, and public-impact environments.

Ms. Reid Heath’s expertise spans legislative and policy analysis, governance, housing and community development, child welfare, strategic planning, political strategy, civic engagement, program evaluation, organizational systems, change management, and executive advising. She also served as an adjunct professor in the University of South Carolina College of Social Work, teaching advanced policy analysis, research methods, program evaluation, and organizational systems. Through ImpacTech Systems, she develops proprietary executive-intelligence frameworks, diagnostic tools, decision-support systems, and strategic resources that help leaders anticipate change, interpret its organizational implications, and take focused action.

Ms. Reid Heath holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with concentrations in Public Policy and American Government, and a Master of Social Work, with concentrations in Administration and Policy Management, from the University of South Carolina. She also earned an Executive Certificate in Small Business Growth and Management through the Kauffman Foundation’s Next Level Growth Venture program.
